debuts Net-O2 ATTEST™ PIM-SM,
an IP Multicast Test Suite based on its
ATTEST Automated Testing framework. Net-O2
ATTEST is a next generation, best-in-class,
test automation tool that provides a comprehensive
framework to address the Conformance Testing
requirements of Equipment manufacturers
and Service providers.
Net-O2 ATTEST PIM-v2 Conformance
Test Suite is designed to enable quick and
efficient testing of conformance to the
Protocol Independent Multicast –Sparse Mode
version 2 protocol. ATTEST is a uniquely
designed test tool that requires minimal
time for setup and enables efficient use
of time and resources.
Net-O2 ATTEST is based on a standard
Pentium based PC system running the RED
HAT Linux Operating system. ATTEST PIM-SM
test suite contains over 200 test cases
for testing conformance and can be licensed
as binary or source. ATTEST enhances the
productivity of Test Engineers, by enabling
them to perform testing effectively and
efficiently.
