That's why Net-O₂ has established an Associate Development Strategy. Through this strategy we want to ensure that each and every associate in the organization has an opportunity to best exploit his/her strengths. We also want to ensure that each associate has the opportunity to learn and develop new skills that will meet their career aspirations at Net-O₂.

Mentoring
Mentoring can assist associates in identifying areas for improvement, new opportunities for development and counsel for addressing workplace, or even personal, concerns. We provide our associates an opportunity to partner with more experienced resources through the Net-O₂ Mentoring Program.

Training
Net-O₂ realizes that associates need to constantly keep updating their knowledge and skills in all aspects of technology and management. We therefore encourage constant training to ensure that associates are current in their areas of expertise and also have opportunities to develop new skills.
