Mentoring
Mentoring can assist associates in identifying areas for improvement, new opportunities for development and counsel for addressing workplace, or even personal, concerns. We provide our associates an opportunity to partner with more experienced resources through the
Net-O2 Mentoring Program.
Training
Net-O2 realizes that associates need to constantly keep updating their knowledge and skills in all aspects of technology and management. We therefore encourage constant training to ensure that associates are current in their areas of expertise and also have opportunities to develop new skills.
