IP version 6 (IPv6) is the successor to IP version 4 (IPv4), that provides several new features and improvements over IPv4, including a substantially larger address space for global reachability and scalability.
The Net-O2 ATTEST IPv6 Test suite verifies the core functionalities of IPv6 as defined by the IETF RFCs 2460, 2463 and 2464. Test cases perform conformance testing for packet formats, header processing, data forwarding and ICMPv6 handling.
Together with the Net-O2 ATTEST IPv6-Advanced Test suite, this test suite provides a comprehensive solution for IPv6 router conformance testing. IPv4 and Layer-2 bridging Test Suites are also available.
