David K. Charlu - Chief Executive Officer, Founder
David has been keenly involved in the communications industry for over 22 years after having graduated in communications engineering from the Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore. He was one of the early employees at Infosys Technologies and played a prominent role in the communications software group. Before founding Net-O2, he held key management positions at Future Software, being responsible for technology strategies and the development of a number of intellectual property assets.
Manikantan Srinivasan - Vice President - Systems Engineering
Mani provides overall leadership for Net-O2's Technology and Engineering groups. He heads the Product marketing activity and also the Agilent partnership. Mani started his career at Future Software and was instrumental in planning and executing a number of products in the IP domain. Before joining Net-O2, he was Director - Systems Engineering of Future Communications Software, San Jose, California directing product development and contributing to the development of Industry standards in standards bodies like NPF, IEEE and IETF. He has authored several technical articles related to the emerging technologies. Mani is a Computer Science Post Graduate from the Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore, with 12 years of industry experience.
Dominic Savio S. - Vice President - Business Development
Dominic Savio is responsible for Business Development activities at Net-O2. Dominic has significant experience in International Sales and Marketing, having performed a variety of business development roles. Before joining Net-O2 in 2005, he was General Manager of SIPTECH Technologies responsible for Business Development. Overall, he has more than fourteen years of experience, having also worked in business development at CG Maersk, IDBI Intech and Sonata. Dominic holds a BE in Electronics and Communications from PSG College of Technology Coimbatore and Masters in Management Studies from Jamnalal Bajaj Institute, Mumbai.
J. Parthasarathy - General Manager - Operations
JP is responsible for HR, training and finance and general administration at Net-O2. He has extensive experience in Indian industry having held key positions in several large companies such as Fenner (India), Tube Investments, AMCO Batteries, India Pistons, etc. shouldering a variety of responsibilities including Sales, Marketing, Operations, Channel Development, etc. He holds an M.B.A. from Loyola Institute of Business Administration, Chennai and a B.E. from College of Engineering, Madras University, Chennai.
N. Muthu Kumaran - Director - North America, Founder
Muthu has been active in the communications industry for over twenty years. Starting with the Bell System in New Jersey, USA, Muthu held a wide range of technical sales and management assignments at AT&T International Communications Services Division. Muthu is a Systems Engineering post graduate of the University of Illinois. Muthu has been with Net-O2 since its inception.
Selvaraj B. - Assistant Vice President - Products
Selva heads Net-O2's product development group focusing on the ATTEST test execution platform and all related test suites. He has worked on a number of embedded communications products involving a variety of routing and switching applications, in the past 10 years. After completing his Masters degree in Electronics from Anna University, Selva worked in Siemens Public Communication Network Limited, Bangalore for 2 years. He then joined Flextronics Software Systems (formerly Future Software) Chennai and led various engineering developments.
Anton Basil - Vice President - Customer Services
Basil heads the Customer Services team at Net-O2. A graduate in Computer Science from Madras University in 1994, Basil has over 12 years of experience, spanning a variety of projects for product development involving technologies in IP routing, switching, asynchronous transfer mode (ATM) etc. Before joining Net-O2, Basil worked in Flextronics Software Systems, where he was the Senior Engineering Manager for a key customer relationship involving development of Network Edge and Access products.
